We will accept items that are in their original packaging, unworn, and unwashed condition for return and a full refund, less initial shipping charges, if applicable, up to 15 days from their original fulfillment date. Returns and exchanges are free of charge you can begin an exchange or return by emailing us your order number and item number you would like to return.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, send it back!
If you attempt to return an item that is older than 60 days, we may only be able to offer you store credit.
In certain conditions, we may refuse a return. If the items attempting to be returned do not pass inspection, we reserve the right to refuse returns. In this instance, our Customer Experience team will reach out to you directly to address the next steps.

SHIPPING POLICY
We offer flat rate ground shipping on all orders. FUEL FACTORY orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days and will arrive within 3-10 business days if you selected ground shipping at checkout. All orders that are placed on Friday after 12pm EST or during the weekend will ship the following Monday.
When your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information for the package.
